Rule 1: do NOT add to a losing position

Emotion is taking over.  You made the trade, you were wrong.  It is an “expense”.  Don’t let it turn into a “loss”.

Rule 2: have a morning ritual, and a midday ritual

My morning ritual starts with espresso, and a scan of overall market.

Midday I use Prana breathing app and do 10 minutes of breathing exercises.

Rule 3: Always hedge

You should always have a trade ready to go that goes completely against you.  I use 3x leverage ETFs.  (ie, SOXL, UVXY, WEBL, FNGU)

Rule 4: Position according to risk

The faster the velocity of a stock, the smaller the position.
